COVID-19 Shipping Update
The safety and health of our employees and customers is of the utmost importance to us. Due to COVID-19, we wanted to give you an update on what you can expect as loyal fans.
Our warehouses are currently open and fully operational.
We have added extra social distancing guidelines for all our staff to ensure contact is kept to a minimum and that proper hygiene protocol is followed to reduce the impact and the spread of the virus.
Please expect shipping delays when shipping to the following countries:
- China
- Denmark*
- Finland*
- Saudi Arabia**
- Spain
- Spain (Barcelona areas)***
- Sweden*
*Shipping to Denmark, Finland, and Sweden - Customers will no longer be asked to sign for deliveries, instead they will use the GPS tracking coordinates from the vehicles to confirm delivery automatically.
**Saudi Arabia towns are temporarily suspended until further notice. Shipments will be treated as hold for pick-up which may cause delays.
***These areas of Spain have been closed off as this is a main impact area for Coronavirus: 8672, 8695, 8698, 8699, 8700, 8710, 8711, 8712, 8718, 8719, 8773, 8779, 8781, 8782, 8783, 8784, 8785, 8786, 8787, 8788, 8789, 8791
Some countries are quarantining parcels for between 48 and 72 hours, however we have been unable to identify a concrete list of these countries, so it’s best to assume that all shipments may be subject to delays.
Domestic United States shipping is yet to have significant delays. However, at this time we cannot be sure that this will not happen in the coming days.
